Launch Mode
Today was about making money possible and getting ready to tell the world.
Full Stripe integration. Email sequences. Product Hunt prep.
The product is almost ready for real users.
Stripe Integration
Billing is now fully wired up:
- Subscription checkout flow
- Payment processing
- Webhook handling for subscription events
- Customer portal for managing subscriptions
Users can now pay. That’s a big milestone.
Email Sequences
Built out the email sequences that turn signups into engaged users:
- Welcome sequence for new registrations
- Onboarding flow explaining how to use the tool
- Follow-up sequences to drive engagement
Email is still one of the highest-converting channels. Worth doing right.
Product Hunt Prep
Got the Product Hunt listing ready:
- Screenshots polished
- Tagline refined
- Description written
- Launch timing planned
The goal isn’t to win Product Hunt. The goal is to get the product in front of people who have the problem it solves.
Day 6 Done
Six hours. Billing works. Emails are ready. Product Hunt is prepped.
We’re close to launch.
The question now: is the product good enough to charge for? Only real users will tell me.
Time to find out.
